My Professional Story

I built my first computer at age 12, got A+ certified at 13, and launched my first IT company right here in St. Petersburg in 2000. For over two decades, I've watched Tampa Bay businesses suffer through terrible call quality and offshore 1-800 call center runarounds from giant telecom providers.
